Festivities Regarding Luminations

Not the cutest picture of us on this supposedly hot Wednesday but we in actuality did look very cute. We both wore fabulous scarves and boots to stay warm during our hayride to look at the lights.

Here is a pic of some of our roommates. Elizabeth on the right and Alyssa in the MarissaBrynn sandwich. They're so much fun and we love them to pieces!

So our ward went to Spanish Fork to look at the Festival of Lights. Brother Clay hooked a trailer to the back of his truck and put some hay in it so we could all ride in the back. Real classy. Luckily they gave us hot chocolate so we stayed a little warm. Brynn spilled some of her's on Jake (creepy) BUTler ;)

Is he really flying?! You'll never know!. The lights were so pretty and it made us really excited to go home and see Candy Cane Ln./Christmas Card Ln.

We're Hot Wednesday (Special Guest Edition)

This week we are doing things with a twist. Jake and Jordan came over to show off their outfits, and they were in luck because it was Wednesday and they were looking...well you'll see. To start off, Jake is wearing a new shirt he got over break and some fancy brown shoes. It is a very lovely brown and blue striped button up shirt. This is a perfect outfit for a date.

 Okay, brace yourselves for this next one. Jordan is just way too hot. We weren't sure if he was even aloud to be featured on our blog because his hottness might trump ours! TA DA...

 Yes, that is a ping-pong paddle sticking out of his shorts. And those are thermals he is wearing underneath his shirt and shorts. We just don't know how he does it!

This was a necessary picture to throw in. He says he is dressed as an Elf because it is December. I mean what else are you supposed to wear now? Oh, and we took him to target looking like this...enough said.

Technical Difficulties

     So we're really sorry that we've been slackers and haven't updated our blog...especially "We're Hot Wednesday." We were going to today, but our internet has been giving us problems and it will not let us upload pictures. And what's "We're Hot Wednesday" without proof? But it really is okay because we have not been too cute lately....more like cold. Really, it is freezing! So, sorry to disappoint you two weeks in a row!

     But we also want to say how excited we are to see our parents and families soon!! We miss them so much, and cannot wait to be with them!

We're Hot Wednesday

In honor of "We're Hot Wednesday", we decided that it would only be appropriate to do some shopping. So this post will be a little different than the previous posts. We forgot to take pictures of ourselves today and we just got back from the gym so yes we are hot and sweaty....but no one wants to see that. So instead we are going to show you our favorite purchases from the Nordstrom sale.

Marissa bought a pair of Vigoss jeans. She bought a pair over the summer and fell in love. But since she's cheap she had to get them on sale. Only 34 bucks. Originally 60. Sweet deal! Plus they are perfect to wear with boots in this winter season!

Her butt is going to make these jeans look good!

 Brynn purchased a beautiful bluish teal sweater. These BP sweaters are the best. They make any outfit complete. Marissa convinced Brynn she definitely needed one. Plus it matches her eyes perfectly. It was necessary when it comes down to it. Brynn got it for a bargain too. It was originally 40 but she got it for 25!

Happy Halloween

     We just wanted to give a shout-out to our parents and tell them thanks for the yummy candy they sent us this Halloween season! They are the best! Too bad they can't see our faces when we receive packages from them. We get so excited and love bragging to everyone that our family loves us and theirs don't. Just kidding! We are so humble and we make sure to share our treats with others. SOOO Dericious!!!

We're Hot Wednesday

 You thought we forgot didn't you? Well don't you worry, better late than never!

This week Brynn is sportin' Marissa's black sweater with a black and white striped T that the two beautiful roommates share. The skinny jeans make her look slim and not like she'd gained the Freshman 15. To top of this outfit, she is wearing hot pink flats and a hot pink felt flower headband she made thanks to Caitlin

Next we have Marissa posing in her super stylish yellow jacket. Perfect for the cold days we've been experiencing lately. This is very fun and sassy for any day!

The inside is way cute too! And it has thinsulate to keep her warm. But hopefully her hottness and the warmth of the jacket won't cause her to burn up.



We're Hot Wednesday

A new tradition has been instated today. We are calling it "We're Hot Wednesday". Our mothers are constantly asking us what we're wearing every single day! So we've decided that this is the best way to keep them posted and prove to the world that we're pretty cute ;) 

So today: Marissa wore Brynn's yellow-green cardigan complete with her leopard headband and Marissa's bronze blowfish shoes.

Hello World

So since I am at home sick and brynnie is at church I decided that I would take the liberty to compose our first blog post. A little background to this blog. Me and Brynn have known each other as long as we can remember. We are the best of friends and this year we have the incredible experience of living on our own together. So far we have had way too much fun. We decided that because we are so amazing, we need a blog to track these events. We want to capture these moments. Our time together is unfortunately limited but we want to remember it for many years to come. So here's to our friendship, probably the greatest there is. I hope you all can enjoy reading about our adventures.
